REGISTERING FOR COURSES

Before you register for courses at the Academy, we will ask you to complete a brief profile with information about the organization you work for and yourself.

We are requesting this information to:

1. Prioritize building capacity in the 33 neighborhoods identified by the New York City Taskforce on Racial Inclusion and Equity (TRIE) as most impacted by COVID-19 or experiencing high rates of health and other socioeconomic disparities.
    
2. Tailor Academy programs to the work that providers do, including by asking about:
   1. Key characteristics of the organizations or agencies who are using the Academy.
   2. Information about your professional role and education.

3. Provide inclusive programming that advances equity.
   1. We request demographic information to ensure equitable access to Academy programs and monitor program outcomes across learners. We will keep individual demographic data confidential.

4. Monitor and expand the Academy’s reach.
